Not only can you train in-person, you can also sign up to one of my online coaching programs.

Online coaching allows you to remotely complete your training whilst still receiving all the benefits of training at Steel Strength & Conditioning.

If your results have stalled or you're unsure of what to do in the gym, how often you should train or what to cook in the kitchen, joining one of my programs below will teach you all the necessary information to achieve your goals... but more importantly, make sure you implement the changes for good!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you have chosen your coaching program I will contact you directly to discuss your goals further and to decide the best approach for you to achieve your goals. Personalised coaching programs take a few days to complete as it is completely customised for your goals and lifestyle.

 

Group training is readily available for you to join and start straight away! Your program content is delivered online through my website with regular emails reminding you of sessions and specific tasks to be completed. This accountability is what ensures your goals are always being worked towards!

What works for 1 person doesn't necessarily work for another. This is why a personalised program works so well. It is not just a one-size-fits all program. It is tailored specifically to suit your needs.

Group Training

Online Group Training

Love the support that comes with group training but can't afford the in-person training?

The Online Group Training you'll become apart of is designed around training principles and guidelines I have built in over 7 years as a personal trainer. These tried and true methods have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals; including fat loss, strength gains and fitness increases.

Join a supportive group of members all working to achieve similar goals to help increase motivation and stay on track. As well as support and motivation, you will also receive coaching and feedback in the Online Coaching Hub where you can ask questions, post videos for feedback and more!

Adhering to the training program is obviously critical for your success, but nutrition plays an even bigger role in achieving your goals. This is why you also receive nutrition coaching and education to make sure your hard work in the gym is not spoilt outside of it. As well as your training program you will receive a specific macronutrient and calorie breakdown for your goals.
