Online Coaching

Online coaching is a cost-effective, time-saving, awesome way to reach your goals. If you want to work out when & where it suits you, at a fraction of the cost of in-person training, online coaching is for you.

If you're unsure of what to do in the gym, how often you should train or what to cook in the kitchen, joining one of my programs below will teach you all the necessary information to achieve your goals... but more importantly, make sure you implement the changes for good!

Why is online coaching better than in-person training?

  • Scheduling is easier. You don't have to work into someone else's schedule. Need to train at 5:30am? Go for it! Can't train today but want to tomorrow? Go for it!

 

  • Workout flexibility. Whether you train at home or at your local gym, I will create workouts specifically for you and your facilities.

 

  • Results-based training. We won't waste time on things that aren't directly going to help you achieve your goals.

 

  • Increased accountability and support. Instead of the accountability from 1 session with a trainer, I will be there for you during every session! Whether it is 2, 3, 4 or even 5 sessions in a week, I'll be checking in with you for them all.

 

  • Cost. You don't have to pay a trainer an expensive hourly rate for every session. On my Custom Training & Nutrition program, for example, you get a whole month of expert coaching for the cost of only 2 and half in-person sessions.

 

  • Location doesn't matter. I'm located in sunny Australia (well, sometimes sunny here in Melbourne), but you can work with an awesome coach who suits your needs from anywhere in the world!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you have chosen your coaching program I will get in contact with you to discuss your goals further. Here we can build our relationship and start working towards your specific goals and lifestyle.

Group training is readily available for you to join and start straight away! Your program content is delivered online through my app/website with regular emails reminding you of sessions and specific tasks to be completed. This accountability is what ensures your goals are always being worked towards!

Custom Training & Nutrition

Including 3 different tracks, Group Training involves 3-4 weekly workouts that you are responsible for completing. You'll get workouts delivered straight to your phone that can be completed in the gym or at home.

 

Pay-as-you-go:

$19 every 2 weeks

Recommended for clients who have their eating in check and want to focus more on training. You'll get weekly progressions and updates to your training plan as well continued support from me and our awesome private coaching group.

Get the most coaching support to make sure you never lose sight of your goals. Weekly communication about training and nutrition will help to make your goals a reality. If you are serious about permanent change, this is the program for you.
